Omni Prep Six-Sample Homogenizer

The Omni Mixer Homogenizer is a versatile system that is well suited for laboratory & industrial processing applications such as Food, Cosmetics, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Dyes and Waste Products.

Blade assemblies for mixing and rotor-stator generator probes for homogenization offer flexibility for blending, suspensions, dispersions, disintegrating, and emulsifications. Speed ranges of 500 to 20,000rpm allow for gentle mixing or higher speed homogenization type applications.

• Process 6 samples per cycle and up to 250 samples per hour
• Utilizes Omni Tip™ Plastic Probes for elimination of cross contamination
• Special Stainless Steel generator probes are also available
• Microprocessor controlled with 3 stored programs for time and speed
• Process most samples in less than 1 minute
• Positive airflow that can be exhausted to a HEPA-filter or Fume Hood
• Sealed and open vessel processing configurations
• Oscillating (up/down) rack for efficient processing of all size samples
• Clear door allows for sample viewing and prevents splashing
